The hardest moment in the world is my Logitech Circle 2 camera since I updated it to use HomeKit Secure Video. Basically, the camera works well when on the same WiFi as it. I can see it live and stream it from the Home app. However, things go fast after I leave the house (probably when I most need the curse) or otherwise when I disconnect from WiFi (usually to simulate leaving).

The camera is no longer fully functioning, and the live feed says "Do not respond" in the Home application.

I tried to follow the instructions from Logitech to hold the camera reset button and to optimize the WiFi settings for the camera, but under no circumstances.

Any suggestions, fixes, or anything else would be greatly appreciated before trying to roll up the tree that is Logitech customer support, which only copies and pastes irrelevant information about the regular HomeKit.
