The internet is blocking every day. Who am I talking to?

I have to restart the router / access points daily. Usually, my son, in front of the PS5, warns “Dad, the internet is gone again”, and I walk around the house, disconnecting three Velop devices and connecting them again. And the Internet is back for another day. . It’s getting old. I ignored the problem, hoping it would go away. It was not. I’m not a network engineer. I had to [get advice from this group](https://www.homekit.blog.com/r/HomeKit/comments/pmob3z/when_im_away_my_devices_are_not_responding_when/) even to properly set up my home network. I have no idea how to diagnose and fix this recurring problem. Who should I go to for a diagnosis and cure? Linksys sells Velop Mesh system – can I give them access to some logs to check? My ISP is Cox, and their cable goes into a Gateway that I rent from them. Can Cox help? Do I need to hire a contractor or an independent consultant? Any advice?
