I have to restart the router / access points daily. Usually, my son, in front of the PS5, warns "Dad, the internet is gone again", and I walk around the house, disconnecting three Velop devices and connecting them again. And the Internet is back for another day. . It's getting old. I ignored the problem, hoping it would go away. It was not. I'm not a network engineer. I have no idea how to diagnose and fix this recurring problem. Who should I go to for a diagnosis and cure? Linksys sells Velop Mesh system - can I give them access to some logs to check? My ISP is Cox, and their cable goes into a Gateway that I rent from them. Can Cox help? Do I need to hire a contractor or an independent consultant? Any advice?
