The Koogeek switch will not light up and will not connect

I have the KH01 light switch and my ceiling will not light up, even if I press it physically. Neither HomeKit nor the Koogeek app can find it. I tried to reset it by holding down for 10 seconds, but nothing happens. I'm tired of turning off my power at the switch and nothing else.

The light flashes green quickly. I made sure to be on 2.4GHZ. This light worked so well before, but now I'm not sure what happened. I contacted Koogeek and told them exactly what was wrong and their short response was "the one year warranty has passed, please provide proof of amazon". (I bought this in the store, so I have no receipt)
