The lights update for 1 minute before adjusting

Cupertino, December 8, 2021

I set up HomeKit with me as the owner and my wife as the administrator. I have two Nanoleaf Essentials light bulbs in my bedroom. These bulbs are both displayed as routers in the Eve app, and one of them is listed as the leader. Each is less than two meters from a HomePod Mini. Whenever I try to control these bulbs in my control center on my phone or iPad, it doesn't work. Sometimes it works, but it takes about 40 seconds to respond. When I enter the home app, I see the bulbs displayed as "Refresh" and they stay that way for about a minute before I can adjust them. If I close the app completely and come back, I get the same problem. If I do this often enough, sometimes I can make the control center work for me. However, it never takes more than a few minutes before it stops working. Despite all this, I can use Siri and it will perform the tasks without fail; however, there is often a delay of 10 seconds or so. I have this problem on both the iPad and the iPhone, but not on the MacBook. I have no problems with other devices connected to Thread; they all work instantly. My wife has none of these problems; can use the control center, the application and Siri without delay on all its devices. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
