since I received this it has been a pain, but it will not even mount at the bottom of the unit. when i put it in everything i heard it is the first click and i can still remove it from the bottom. I don't really know what to do. It is also not just a wall-mounted mount, but does not connect to either. any advice would be appreciated thanks
