The Logitech Circle View bell is a lemon

Cupertino, April 7, 2021

Although the title seems to say it all, it really doesn't surprise how horrible this experience with this company was. I installed the bell, turned it on and it worked. 6 hours later, in the middle of the night, he doesn't answer. It would never reset, so in the first 2 weeks with the device, the operating time was less than 1%. When I hired Logitech for a solution, they made me: - show a video with me using the right cable on a trunk - another video with me doing the same thing, different cable and socket - pictures with the order proof and serial number 3 times - I was then told that my videos I took were too large to open and were 50 minutes long (Gmail can't even do more than 25 meters) - I had to edit resolution of all videos because Logitech would not accept a link to view the requested videos - I was told they would email me to put another one once the device was mailed - I opened this ticket on March 21 - Logitech has my return, but never answered. it just doesn't work. Worse, but it doesn't even accept the product. I'm surprised that Apple is really comfortable with this. It's never good when I can say that the $ 15 ringtone from Lowes does the job better and is more reliable. I saw some posts about how horrible this product was. I can confirm that both the product and the company are actually worse than even the lowest expectations.
