My logitech ringtone refuses to reset. It got stuck in green / looking for wifi mode and we managed to reset it yesterday to make it work again, but it finally failed again. Now I'm trying the same reset, but the LED will stay purple as I press the button and go green once I release it. I tried to hold the reset for 5-45 seconds, but no difference. No purple / red or any audio signal. Any idea?
