The Lutron Dimmer Box switch adds to Homekit Scene - it doesn't trigger

Cupertino, November 19, 2020

I have 3 Lutron drives used to trigger a homekit scene called "backyard" and "backyard". As it sounds, any of the switches can trigger the applicable scene to connect all my lights in my yard.

I added a fourth Lutron dimmer. The Lutron application can control the light without problems. The Apple Home app can control the light without any problems. I can test the scene and all 4 lights respond as expected (on or off accordingly). However, when I use automation that sees a light on, it simply calls the scene "backyard", only the new light does not turn on. The other lights work correctly. We also created / verified the automation rules using the Controller application and the Eve application. No improvement.

Does anyone else have experience with a scene that "tests" correctly, but does not execute correctly during automation?
