And City will show that the striker will never be forgotten with a kit design that returns to the triumph of the 2012 Premier League title.

Pep Guardiola's men will wear their matching blue shirts and shorts next season, according to a leak from Footy Headlines.

The combination did not prove to be very popular among online fans, but it is the same color scheme that the team wore when it proclaimed its first league crown in the last 44 years, almost a decade ago.

Aguero heroically secured the title with a 94-minute shot against Queens Park Rangers on the final day.

And the exact time of his target, 93:20, appears inside the collar.

The "10" on the design of the digital watch is also shaded in homage to the number of Aguero's shirt.

The model is seen over the shirt, which has a sharp digital texture of the watch and a white decoration under the arm.

The Puma kit is expected to be officially announced on July 16.

Fans of the city who responded to the leaks were not sure about the blue-blue combination, but they still enjoyed the history behind the concept.

A Twitter user wrote: "The socks remind me of Aguero's last minute goal against QPR".
