I've had the door opener for a few months and it was working great until a handyman touched some wires in the garage motor and it stopped working including the wall button and remote. I tried many ways to fix it but no luck so someone came to fix it and had to change the motor and sensor programming with the motherboard. It started working perfectly, but the Meross garage door opener still does not work. It is still connected the same with the same wires. I tried to shorten the wires but was not successful either. Uninstalled and reinstalled also no luck. Updated firmware and still nothing. The "click" sound is still coming, so it's getting the signal to close/open the door. But it won't communicate with the engine itself. What is the problem and how could it be solved?
