Trying here if someone had the same experience as Netatmo's support seems non-existent right now! I had an electrician install a Netatmo ringtone (no wired ringtone and I wanted HomeKit support in the UK), connected it using the HomeKit QR code and it worked for about 5 minutes until it left. The video seems to run for 5-10 minutes a day, and the rest of the time, the Netatmo security log says "Netatmo Doorbell started" every 2 minutes and then has temperature protection turned on, then turned off every half hour, or something like that. Every few hours it will tell you that it is disconnected and then connected. It is 2 meters from the router with a strong signal and I tried to restart the Wi-Fi and the ringtone.
