Oldham Athletic is proud to announce the new official creation of the club and the home jersey 2021/22.

Once the club turns 125, the new ridge is a modern approach to an old classic to recognize its proud history.

Of the three conceptual concepts, using local designers in the process, "Concept 2" won an overwhelming majority of votes as the first choice out of more than 1,000 respondents.

The new creation of the club is created from the simplicity of the badge from the 1960s and 70s. While the pattern and wording of Oldham Athletic AFC is based on the signage that is still present on the front of the Main Stand, which was originally erected at the same time.

With the new ridge of the club comes a kit with a new look. Hummel once again created a custom design that fans had a chance to vote on for the key feature.

Complicated modeling is based on the JD 93-95 T-shirt, which was "Option B" and was the number one choice with 60% of the vote.

It incorporates the colors blue, white and red, including a subtle texture between the two shades of stripes.

Hummel's iconic chevrons once again adorn the shoulders, with white and red finishes finishing the shirt. It is completed with white shorts and blue socks again.

There is an additional feature of the kit manufacturer on the back of the neck of each shirt, the model based on the arches of Lion's Den in Alexandra Park. The combination of both creates a modern feel to a retro kit, aligning with the vision of the new ridge of the club.

The shirt uses Hummel's ECO8 technology, ensuring that each shirt is made of high-performance polyester, made from up to eight recycled plastic bottles.

It is now available for pre-order online and in store until the end of this month at www.oafcstore.com when it will be available for general sale. Fans will be able to view Tuesday's personal T-shirt in the Club Shop, and staff will be able to help place an online order.

In addition to the two main versions, the home goalkeeper's jersey and training clothing are also available at the same time, the training equipment having a completely new look and feel, with an embroidered contour on the crest and forms on certain items. .

The announcements about the tangerine kit will be announced at the end of July, together with the t-shirts that will be on sale in the store and online, the third shirt to be unveiled in August.
