The new Logitech circle visualizes the feelings of the owner of the bell and the rooms so far!

Cupertino, May 23, 2021

I've been in the consumer world for almost three years. I only use the rooms outside. I started with Arlo and Ultra 4K models. I had them connected to power, so I never had to charge them. But they were a nightmare and created software errors, subscription fees and hardware issues. I sold them after 1.5 years. Then I switched to 2c 1080p outdoor Eufy cameras and an Eufy video ringtone. Those worked pretty well with motion detection through the night. Even with a lot of light around my house, the cameras recorded maybe 1/3 of the movement events. We then waited for Eufy to launch the wired external cameras until last week when Eufy had the huge data / privacy issue that exposed that they were not using true end-to-end encryption. I could go on much longer for my reasons for leaving Arlo and Eufy, but I'll stop here. After Eufy data / privacy snafu, I started looking for a better company from which to buy rooms. Then enter Logitech and the only consumer company that offered a video ringtone that used Hoemkit secure video. That moved me and I want to read and research more. To preface this, my wife is part of the Apple family, including our daughter. The Logitech circle view cameras were just as beautiful with the secure Apple HomeKit video. I liked that all the rooms were wired and had no batteries. I used to have 4 Eufy cameras and one Eufy video sound, the Logitech FOV cameras were so wide that I only needed 2. I've been using them for three days. Motion detection works amazingly well, especially when decreeing between people, animals and vehicles. I could go into more detail if people would like or how they use our HomePods as door buildings, etc etc. I used Eufy 2c cameras a bit for the Apple HKSV, but I had to remove them because it kills batteries fast and nowhere as accurately as Logitech cable cameras. Have a nice evening! r / Jonathan
