The Onelink smoke and C02 detector is rubbish and is discontinued by the manufacturer, beware of buying.

Cupertino, October 12, 2023

I installed 3 of these devices 3 months ago. Last night at 4:15 one of them in the hallway outside our bedroom starts going off. As I jump up, I hear him say that the sensor has reached the end of its life. Shocking that they didn't think to let a non-critical alert be delayed until a normal time. When I called the manufacturer, they told me that the manufacturer of the device has been discontinued (although it is not listed as discontinued on the website). They gave me a "crappy" smoke detector that retails for half of what I paid. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to send documents to another department and then pay to ship them and then wait 3-4 weeks for a review.
