The partners acknowledge that my voice is not working

Hello, HomeKit guru. Finally, I made my partner open to a smart home. She hesitated, but gave me the green light for our new apartment. So far so good, but Siri refuses to work for her. She says she doesn't recognize his voice, even though she was set up to do so. This is primarily for personal requests, as it works very well for lights and more. Which is the solution? I restarted his phone and changed the settings on and off. Should I delete it and add it again?
