The switch cover for existing light-switched light switches in a rental apartment?

Cupertino, October 31, 2020

I will soon be moving into a rental apartment and will install smart light bulbs in all lighting fixtures and lamps. My main concern is that if I only buy stick-on light switches (like Hue), then people (or me) could accidentally turn on the wired light switch and turn off the lights completely. There is something called Dimmer Lutron Z3-1BRL-WH-L0 Aurora Smart Bulb Dimmer, but unfortunately it only works for traditional switches. I want to find something for the vane switches, because that's what my building is for.

Does anyone know of a smart switch that fits above the installed lighting switches? It doesn't have to be elegant or even dimmer. I just want something that will stop someone from turning off the light bulbs completely, but still allow someone to turn on and off the lights in my apartment, without me having to take out my phone for them. Thanks!
