The third application (Mi Home) faster than Homekit / Apple TV?

Cupertino, October 16, 2020

Hello guys!

I just bought an Apple TV 4k to use as a hub. I already have a lot of Aqara devices and I used them with the Mi Home application.

I was testing how fast it was with Apple TV, which has a homehub in comparison, without a hub and I have this strange and visible problem. The machines in the Mi Home application are faster (and visible faster) than Homekit.

For example, I have a dual switch and 2 lighting lamps (both in the Mi Home app and exposed natively to the homekit). I made a rule on the left switch in Homekit to illuminate the left camera, and one on the right switch on Mi Home to illuminate the right camera. I recorded a video with the problem.

Does anyone know what the problem may be? The Aqara hub is connected at 2.4 GHz, and the Apple TV is at 5 GHz.
