The tune-down switch has become reliable

Cupertino, January 22, 2020

I have 5 shades dimmer switches connected to HomeKit. They have worked wonderfully for a long time. But last week they decided not to work.

Batteries are 100%

When you click a button, the HomeKit application indicates that the button is pressed. But the desired action is not executed

I tried the trick of holding all four buttons to reset it, sometimes it works. But not this time.

I removed one of the remote controls from the system and added it again. It worked well one day and then it started again.

Any idea? I'm at a loss.
