Tips and help needed to automate garage doors

Cupertino, November 15, 2021

Hello community! I'm pretty well versed with Homekit and IT, but I'm useless when it comes to general electricity at home and I would need some feedback and help for the following. I have two car garages in my house, each with its own electric garage door opener: Hörmann SupraMatic E.2. Each of the openers has its own electrical switch on the wall, which is, in my opinion, a "bell" type switch, ie when you press it it establishes a contact, and as soon as you release the contact again. is it broken - I hope it's clear? Also, if it is noticeable, I have two small remote controls with 4 programmable buttons that I programmed so that button 1 operates door 1, button 2 operates door 2, and button 3 operates both doors at the same time. This probably doesn't interfere with my plans at all, just posting it for the sake of being thorough. Now to what I would like to achieve: I would like to add a device to the wall switches that will allow me to integrate the door openers in Homekit. I'm thinking of something in size and operation, such as the Fibaro devices here, but it should support the specific "bell switch" operation, meaning "push - make contact, release - no contact." It could also be a Completely new switch that integrates both manual and Homekit operation.I really hope my explanations are clear enough.I will try to add some pictures in the comments. Thanks !!
