Hey guys, I’m new to modernizing my home from a bad house to a smart home and I want to try to stay in one eco-friendly system and I decided on HomeKit because I’m already in favor of apple products. I research indoor rooms and I like eufy products. One confusing thing is the difference between the HomeKit capability and the Apple secure video. I know that Apple’s secure video only supports 1080P, but I don’t intend to use this indoor camera to record even more live food from my sons’ room when we want to check it as a baby monitor. If I just want to view the camera in the HomeKit and have two-way audio and other features that the eufy camera offers, such as person recognition etc … will everything work in the HomeKit as long as it’s not a secure Apple video? Thanks for any advice guys!
