Tottenham are preparing for a huge Champions League game against RB Leipzig on Wednesday night.

Jose Mourinho's party welcomes the Bundesliga outfit in north London and will hope to get a first-round advantage before returning from Germany.

After that game, Spurs then travels to Chelsea for a launch at noon on Saturday, in what is a huge game in the first four races.

Tottenham's new Nike kit has leaked

Images claiming to look like Tottenham's new home shirt for next season have been leaked.

According to Footy Headlines, the kit features a navy blue silk on the sleeves, along with yellow on the v-neck.

The shirt will again be manufactured by Nike, the US sportswear giants maintaining a deal with Spurs until 2023 - one of the longest deals with a football club in the company's history.

The site claims that the shirt will go on sale in July, just as Tottenham's current kit was last summer.

RB Leipzig's latest news ahead of Tottenham

This season's first-round defeat against Leipzig takes place on Wednesday night at Tottenham Hotspur, with the return to Red Bull Arena on Tuesday, March 10th.

Two players from Spurs, who could lose both games, are Harry Kane and Moussa Sissoko, as they are long-term injuries for head coach Jose Mourinho.

Man City boss Ferran Soriano tells players that Uefa Champions League ban "will be waived"

Manchester City executive director Ferran Soriano told the club's players that Uefa's decision to impose a two-year ban on the Champions League will be overturned.

Pep Guardiola's side was banned from Europe's first competition for the next two seasons, after being found guilty of "serious violations" of fair-play financial regulations and fined 25 million pounds.

The ban has huge ramifications for rival parties, given City's position in the league.

With the Manchester side about to finish in the top four, the team that finished fifth will take their place in the Champions League for the 2020/21 campaign as it is.

Former Premier League umpire gives Tottenham penalty on Aston Villa

Former Premier League umpire Dermot Gallagher has said he believes VAR has made the right decision to award Tottenham a penalty during their Premier League match with Aston Villa.

In the final stages of the first half, with the score blocked at 1-1, Steven Bergwijn entered the penalty area in Villa, where he was attacked by defender Bjorn Engles.

Referee Martin Atkinson remained unimpressed, but VAR stepped in to recommend a penalty, much to the frustration of the home crowd.

Speaking to Sky Sports News's Ref, Gallagher says he understands why the referee made the initial decision, but insists that the correct conclusion has been reached.
