Touching the Hue bulb and the accessory limit, two complexities of the hub

Cupertino, October 25, 2020

So I recently realized that I was gradually approaching the Hue Bulb Limit (30 lights) and Accessory (16 accessories). I understand that it is, in fact, higher than the advertising limit of 50 and, at the moment, I don't see any performance problems (beating on wood), but I still want to be prepared.

Since I had an additional hub that stretched from another boot kit, I was wondering if there were any more complexities in implementing two hubs. From what I understand, light bulbs can be assigned to a specific hub in the Hue application, but they cannot be controlled with light bulbs in the opposite hub. However, I do not use the Hue application at all (waiting for the configuration of Lutron Auroras, which can be planned). I only use HomeKit and the Home and Siri app to control. So, if I think about it correctly, it won't matter if I use two hubs, because HomeKit will control the lights regardless of the hub they are connected to. Is all this correct? Or what other experiences have you had with more nuance hubs?
