Do not use a 24v transformer with the Circleview bell. The installation guide says the 8-24v transformer. Mind. I tried two different 24v transformers. Sometimes the bell rang. And if it started. One or two rings and the device would return to the start and then to the quick white blink (not enough power). In this case, it means overvoltage. Get an 8-23v transformer. I went with 16.
