Troubleshooting a random light switch that automatically turns on the UFO

Cupertino, July 13, 2019

I have my house wired with Lutron Caseta Wireless Dimmers. One of them controls a backyard light. I have a HomeKit automation that when a back door opens, the light is triggered to turn on and off 4 minutes later. It works perfectly and does it now.

But in the last few days I have noticed that the backyard lights are random and the back door has not been opened recently. Is there any easy way to find out what triggers the lights to continue? An automation? A HomeKit command? A Lutron command?
