Hello. I recently bought two Vocolinc VS1 contact sensors and I have a very stupid question ... One of the sensors is inside and works well. The other one is on my garage door, which should be within WiFi range, but the accessory shows that it only answers when my phone is next to it. I have these devices set up in HomeKit and I have an Apple TV set up as my home hub. What are Vocolinc devices connected to and how? My phone? My wifi? My home center? Bluetooth? What device do I need to approach the garage for the sensor to respond in the Home app? Thank you very much!
