Turn off Eve's energy after a certain hour if consumption is zero

Cupertino, February 14, 2021

I have a dehumidifier that I'd like to turn off at night. The problem is that you can't just cut off the power, because you have to turn on the fan after the compressor stops to dry the coils. I tried to figure out how to do an automation (preferably with the Eve application) that will turn off the Eve Energy switch after a certain hour, but only if the dehumidifier does not consume any power at this time. I tried some time-based automations, but they didn't work because the device was working at the time. I also used "In Use" as a trigger, but that didn't seem to work either. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
