I have an old AV receiver (video resolution 5.1 max 1080p). It still works great and I'm not interested in replacing it at this point. It supports HDMI CEC, but we don't use it for any video. It is connected to a 4k TV. I want the A/V receiver to turn on and off when the Apple TV and 4k TV turn on and off. I have a few regular Matter and HomeKit compatible outlets. It doesn't seem possible to do this because the AppleTV doesn't have a trigger for the on/off state. How can I make this happen?
