"Turn on the lights" do all lights turn on?

Cupertino, September 9, 2019

I only have a HomeKit and smart lights in my bedroom and I have connected my lamp and bedroom lamps. I have it set up where the lamp is called "lamp" and the lights are called "light". Every time I ask Siri to turn on / off the lights, it turns on / off all the lights in my bedroom including my lamp. It never did before and I think it might have to do with me updating to iOS 12. Is there a way for me to configure HomeKit and Siri, so saying "Turn on the lights" only turns on my bedroom lamps and not the lamp?
