Unable to connect to HomeKit

I bought an LG TV on May 10, 2020, which is compatible with Homekit. HK worked well for the first 3 days, then did not respond. I called LG for help and did a difficult factory reset and tried to get the TV to add to HK, which was useless. To this day, I still receive the same “I couldn’t add” message. My Comcast box is HDMI connected, the Apple TV is HDMI connected and set as a hub, and the soundbar is HDMI / eARC connected. I tried to connect to HK with the TV in the WIFI network at home and with it connected directly via ethernet. No luck in either situation. When I contact Apple, they tell me to call LG and LG says to contact Apple. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone would provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to solve this problem.
