Unable to start Apple TV remotely with Siri

Cupertino, October 5, 2021

Hi guys, I'm new to Homekit and home automation. I encountered a problem with waking up the Apple TV 4K (2021) remotely via Siri on the iPhone. I set it up as a hub in the living room, and the HomePod mini in my bedroom is in standby mode. So basically what happens is -> I put Apple TV to sleep, the TV turns off -> Ask to wake up Apple TV (from shortcuts) via cellular data -> Siri says "That's how it's done", but nothing happens ; _; Obviously, automation works when I'm connected to wifi. what am i doing wrong T _T
