"Unanswered" in the home kit, the third-party application still works

I have a few various accessories (switches and irrigation controller) and they are all constantly disconnected from the homekit, but they are still available from the manufacturers app. This wasn't a big deal, except that you wanted to set scenes. Super annoying that you have to constantly remember to enter 4 different applications and recreate the same scenes to capture all the devices.

I have 2 Apple TVs, both connected to a netgear router. All devices are configured perfectly in Homekit, then disconnect at random, but in groups (manufacturer A's products go out together, while B and C are still there).

A lot of troubleshooting says you make sure your phone and TV are on the same network that they are. Another general help is to restart the phone and TVs I have. Does anyone have similar problems for which they managed to find a permanent solution?
