"Upload props and scenes" to your son's iPhone and iPad

My son recently received his first phone and has had an iPad for some time. The Home application never opened on it, giving what appears to be a relatively common error "Uploading accessory ad scenes" and never completed this task. It works perfectly at home with my equipment and my wives. is a child account in the family plan. I have the option to reset the home configuration on his phone, but I'm not sure what they will do for everyone else. I also read to delete and recreate his account, but again, I'm not sure what he will do with everything he uses every day. Has anyone met this?
