This year we will make some upgrades for our home. One of them is the installation of new curtains in our kitchen and living room.
The company that will install them works with automatic opening systems for curtains driven by a Somfy engine. It seems that Somfy is an RTS protocol of its own, should have motors with io-homecontrol and also a very simplistic engine. The latter has one wire that is necessary for closing the curtain and another for opening. The 230V connection on the respective wire gives the opening / closing command.
My problem: I can't find anything about Apple HomeKit compatibility.
Can anyone help me adore a Somfy engine with HomeKit?
