Video doorbells

Cupertino, February 15, 2024

When I started my smart home, I started with a Ring doorbell. But later, I ended up adopting Homekit as my smart home platform. So I enabled a Pi to run Scrypted to integrate the Rind Doorbell into the Home app on my iPhone. But honestly, I'd like to simplify my life and remove Scrypted. So I'm looking for suggestions for a video doorbell to replace my Ring. I would like it to be connected and support HKSV and support an SD card for local recording. Motion detection, speaker and microphone to communicate with a visitor, night vision - all the usual things are desirable. Most importantly, it should work with Homekit reliably. Please tell me what you recommend.
