Love TVs, you have 3 and the new P Quantum X series. They all work with HomeKit (usually). My hub is an Apple TV 4K 2021. As the title suggests, my Vices always appear unanswered. Siri shortcuts sometimes fail because a "device doesn't respond", but any direct interaction like "Hey Siri turns on the TV in the living room" will work. Any suggestions?
