Hi, has anyone noticed that the alternative extension mode reduces the maximum brightness for some reason? When I turn it off and use the home app to control it, the maximum brightness returns to normal. I also have this other problem where the light band moves between 0-50-100% brightness at random moments and looks "disconnected" in the application until it reconnects. I contacted Vocolinc about this and I suspect it could be related to the controller, because I have another light strip as close to the router as this one and it has no problem. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks!
