Voice alert

Cupertino, May 25, 2020

During the crash, my morning routine was dropped and I accidentally forgot that my alarm system was still on a few times and turned it off.

The solution I used was to use the motion detector on the first floor to trigger an audio recording ("the alarm system is active. Please turn it off") on the HomePod between 7-10-10. I originally recorded a voice note, but it was a little creepy, so instead I created a computerized voice to be audio through an online tool.

Has anyone found an interesting use to trigger an audio recording on the HomePod?
