I'm trying to use a mini wemo plug to control a portable heater I have in my room. Ideally, I would like to heat the heater before I wake up, so that my room does not get cold when I get out of bed. But I have problems with programming. It doesn't seem like I can really program something in the home application for that and I tried a few automations, but they all require input. I'm sure there's an easy way to turn it on / off automatically, but I just don't know what it's all about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone knows how to use it with my motion sensor (which detects the temperature) to turn it on and off when it is below or to break a certain temperature that would be helpful. I just want to do this during the day, not at night.
