I don't get it. I asked this sub about the best smart connector that works with HomeKit and the almost unanimous answer was the Wemo Mini.
But they just haven't connected work, period. I ordered three of them. I had to constantly kill the Wemo app and connect / disconnect to wemo WiFi several times just to make it work with the Wemo app. Lived. Mute, but made it work.
But I can't imagine getting these to work with HomeKit. I scan codes, but HomeKit just can't connect to them. WTF am I doing wrong ??
I am so aggravated that I want to throw HomeKit in shitter. Google Home devices are 100 times easier than this nonsense.
