What automation do you have for smart thermostats

I have an Aqara thermostat in the living room and I want it to turn on when I'm home and the room temperature is below 19°C. To avoid the problem of the heating running while I sleep, I created two virtual switches for myself and my partner. It lights up, if the phone is charging or if he is not at home. If one of the switches is off, it means someone is home and not sleeping. But it doesn't work as it should. If the temperature drops below 19°C at night, then the heating will not heat up in the morning, in fact the trigger, which is below 19°C, has been triggered during the night. What automations do you have for thermostats?
