My husband wanted a robot vacuum cleaner for his birthday last month, and after researching I went with a Neato, as this one seemed to be the only one that would be compatible with HomeKit. This was based on an announcement from around August 2019 that Neato vacuums will be compatible with HomeKit in the fall. I read that this will be done by software update, so that even the existing vacuums will be included
However, we bought the vacuum last month and we don't know how to put it in HomeKit. It seems not possible. I can't find anything to say that the upgrade didn't happen as planned or delayed. Are we missing something or did this update happen? Has anyone managed to receive a Neato in HomeKit or has anyone heard about the delay of this update? Thanks!
