What is the best way to trigger a "when you approach the Homepod Mini" script?

Cupertino, June 27, 2021

I try to make a scenario that greets me when I wake up and enter my kitchen (where the Homepod Mini is), telling me things like the weather today and reminding me to check my blood pressure. The closest thing I could get is "when I get to the ad (address)", which is less than useless, because it is triggered randomly several times during the day. At 19:40 I also want to trigger another reminder to check my blood pressure, but only if I'm physically at home. Are there good examples of such things that anyone can point to anywhere on the web or YouTube? If I have to buy any other Homekit hardware to make the shutter work, I'm open.
