I understand that you can use an ipad to run homekit that can be controlled remotely by other ios devices. I'm thinking of getting an ipad mini 2 to run it, but know it can't run ipad us 13. What is the oldest iOS / ipad mini that allows me to remotely control my homekit devices if ipad always is on, at the house?
