I think HomeKit companies have a lot of room for improvement. My biggest gatherings:
- lack of transparency regarding privacy
- too many applications (too many accounts)
- not a single company produces every product
- there are not enough products focused exclusively on HomeKit. It generally focuses on several ecosystems that degrade the HomeKit experience.
- firmware quality in some products
Is there a reason why someone didn't come and made it the "Apple way" focused exclusively on HomeKit (Apple's ecosystem)? What improvements could be made to the current state?
