You have problems connecting the Smart + SmartLVANIA bulb to the Home application.

Yesterday I received a smart bulb + sylvania and I have problems in connecting to the application. I reset the bulb several times and without luck. I turn on the light bulb, click on the attachment and scan the QR code in the bulb instruction manual. The application then says it is looking for the accessory, but after about 30 seconds it says that the accessory was not found. It may not be a remote problem, as I tried to keep the phone right next to the light bulb.
I was unable to find any information online except "reset the bulb".
