You may get devices that are not HomeKit compatible to work with HomeKit

Cupertino, November 15, 2020

I'm almost 100% in the Apple Ecosystem, except I have a HomePod, and the mini makes me want to get one or two. My problem is that most of my smart devices are not HomeKit compatible, so I use Sonos speakers and the Alexa app to control them and it feels like Alexa is getting worse every day.

I have an apartment with a Sonos beam bedroom in the living room and one in my bedroom. I am very tempted to get 2 HomePods for the living room
And a mini for the bedroom, but then I can't control my smart devices and I feel that 2 homepods won't sound as good as the radius.

Is there any way I can take a Mini, stick it in the middle of my apartment and train HomeKit to work with my devices?
