1. I installed MyQ HomeBridge so I can use Siri to open my garage door as I approach the house. If Siri asks me to unlock my iPhone first ... and rightly recommends that I not do this while driving ... how is this an advantage? If I have to stop anyway .., the MyQ app works just as good. 2. HomePod Siri said the same thing when he tried to open the garage door in the house. 3. I was asked to unlock my iPhone to perform other actions in the car ... including some related to Apple Music. Any request to unlock your phone while driving is problematic in one way or another. I understand that there are protections in mind, meaning that I don't want anyone to be able to open my garage door and that the answer can only be that ... which means that there is a limited benefit to being able to use Siri while driving.
