So I thought I'd try HomeKit Zones and create an area for my outdoor lights as a test. The problem is that I can't find a way to add the area to a scene or automation, which makes them somewhat useless. I can only invoke the area using Siri commands. This seemed like a good way to automate the action of a group of lights, but it seems short. I missed something?
