Google is notifying customers in the US about a price increase for Nest Aware. The basic subscription now costs $8 per month or $80 per year, while Nest Aware Plus now costs $15 per month or $150 per year. These changes are effective immediately for new subscribers and on the next invoice after November 6, 2023, for existing customers. Google states that the price increase is necessary to keep up with market shifts and may vary in different countries or territories. Existing 1st gen subscribers are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version of Nest Aware for a flat rate and access to new features.
