LG NanoCell AirPlay2

Earlier last year, Apple announced that TV makers will be able to include AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support with their sets, including LG, Samsung and Vizio. And now the latest LG models are in progress.

LG officially launched its 2020 NanoCell TV line on Thursday, which the company calls the "peak of LCD technology." Life's Good crew has announced AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support for a variety of TVs over the last year, so it's not surprising to see the new NanoCell family offering the same support for Apple features. Televisions have dimensions ranging from 49 inches to an 86-inch screen.

LG NanoCell TVs provide amazing color reproduction by using a nanometer-sized particle layer that filters out impurities, resulting in a natural, real color that stays more accurate, even with wide viewing angles.

Image quality is further improved on the Nano 90 and Nano 99 series by implementing Full Array Local Dimming to divide the lighting into smaller blocks, for more precise control, to improve black levels and overall contrast.

LG NanoCell 2020 TVs support all major HDR formats, including Dolby Vision *, HDR 10 and HLG, as well as Dolby Atmos *, for a great home cinema experience. Other technologies designed to improve the viewing experience of movies, sports and games include the UHD Alliance's Filmmaker ™ mode and the HDR Gaming Interest Group (HGiG) HDR range profile, which allows the TV to play back images as they were intended to be viewed by creator. . LG NanoCell TVs also support low latency (ALLM) gameplay in the Nano99 and Nano 91 series and the Variable Update Rate (VRR) for the Nano 90 and Nano 85 series for smooth action.
